59 of the 444 Viscounts built survive as complete airframes or major components. Some are in very good condition and are looked after by museums while others are just wrecks. They can be found in 24 countries.

Purchased from All Nippon Airways (ANA) and now named 'Lombok'. Taken at Kemayoran Airport, Jakarta, Java, Indonesia circa June 1983 in the third livery with three Garuda Indonesian Airways McDonnell Douglas DC-9 behind.

There were several Indonesian airlines all fighting for the same domestic business, which often came down to price rather than speed, which kept the Viscounts competitive.

This city centre airport closed 31 March 1985 having been replaced by Soekarno-Hatta Airport which was further out of Jakarta.

Purchased from All Nippon Airways (ANA) and now named 'Lombok'. Taken stored at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng, Jakarta, Java, Indonesia in April 1992.

The Rolls-Royce Dart engines were removed in March 1989 as they still had a value supplying parts to other engines.

It was finally scrapped in November 1992.
