The fuselage is being constructed in the main jig.

The fuselage came out of the main jig the day before.

The placard on it states that it is scheduled to go to the Erecting Shop 12 August 1960.

Delivered new to New Zealand National Airways Corporation (NAC) named 'City of Dunedin'. Taken at Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England 28 April 1961 on the production line in the Erecting Shop.

The aircraft behind are G-ARKY (C/N 444), D-ANAC (C/N 370), G-ARKZ (C/N 445) and 9G-AAV (C/N 371) fuselage only, which demonstrates the mix of construction numbers and operators.
