Delivered new to Fred Olsen Flyselskap A/S. Taken stored at a very wintry London Airport (Heathrow), Middlesex, England circa November 1957 with a preservative lacquer applied to the fuselage, wings and engine nacelles.

The aircraft behind is also a Fred Olsen Viscount.

Not long after this it was painted in full Austrian Airlines (AUA) livery for a lease.

The ground handling is being provided by BEA.

Note the old style tug pulling the Ground Power Unit (GPU).
