Delivered new to Türk Hava Yollari - Turkish Airlines (THY) after conversion from V.754D to V.794D. Taken departing from Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England in January 1958 on a pre-delivery test flight.

Note the 'THY' lettering on the nose.

Also note the de Havilland DH114 Heron in the right background, which was used by Vickers for communications between the facilities and also as an air-to-air photography platform.

This is a view of the VIP rear cabin area with has two divan beds and a seating area for eight passengers.

A bulkhead separates this area from the main cabin.

It now has a weather radar system installed, as denoted by the black nose radome.

It was transferred to the Turk Hava Kuvvetleri - Turkish Air Force in March 1972.

Note that the propellers are in the 'feathered' position which probably means that they have just been fitted after overhaul.
