September 1957

Delivered new to BOAC Associated Companies Ltd. Taken at Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England 27 September 1957 on the production line in the Erecting Shop in Cyprus Airways livery.

The lease contract had already been cancelled but the aircraft was delivered in this configuration and was subsequently repainted in Middle East Airlines (MEA) livery and re-registered as OD-ADD.

November 1957

Delivered new to BOAC Associated Companies Ltd. Taken at Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England 8 November 1957 in full Cyprus Airways livery.

The lease contract had been cancelled in September but the aircraft was delivered in this configuration and was subsequently repainted in Middle East Airlines (MEA) livery and re-registered OD-ADD.

Out of shot is VP-YNC.

Sadly VP-YND and VP-WAS were both shot down by rebel SAM-7 missiles.
