Delivered new to Capital Airlines with fleet number '380'. The sad remains taken at Holdcroft near Charles City, Virginia, USA 19 January 1960 the day after the aircraft crashed during a service from Richmond, Virginia, USA to Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

All 50 on board were sadly killed.
