Purchased from United Air Lines. Taken stored at Twin Falls Airport, Idaho, USA in May 1973 with all four Rolls-Royce Dart RDa6 Mark 510 engines and the complete nacelles removed.

These were fitted to Boeing B-17 N1340N for use as a fire fighting aircraft which unfortunately crashed during a drop mission.

Does anyone know when this Viscount was scrapped?
