Delivered new to Misrair - Egyptian Airlines. Taken at Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England in January 1956 during the flight test phase.

An immaculate but fairly ancient fire truck that has a Surrey ' PK ' registration so may have initially been used at Weybridge.

Delivered new to Misrair - Egyptian Airlines. Taken departing from Hurn Airport, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England 4 February 1957 on delivery to Egypt.

Note that the cabin has now been loaded with a lot of boxes of spare parts to support the fleet.

The airline changed its name to United Arab Airlines in 1960.
