59 of the 444 Viscounts built survive as complete airframes or major components. Some are in very good condition and are looked after by museums while others are just wrecks. They can be found in 24 countries.

Purchased from Air Canada for metal salvage. Taken at Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada in August 1973 stacked up awaiting the final scrapping process at a local smelting plant.

There are at least six Viscounts in this pile but it is impossible to say which is which.
