Delivered new to Air France. Taken during its first flight from Brooklands Airfield, Weybridge, Surrey, England 11 March 1953. It landed at Wisley Airfield, Surrey, England where the cabin was fitted out and the test flying completed.

Delivered new to Air France. Taken at Le Bourget Airport, Paris, France in June 1953. This was the first time the Paris Salon was held at this airport and what a glorious view, with newly delivered Air France Comet 1A F-BGNX in front and Pan American Airways Boeing 377 Stratocruiser N1038V behind. Sadly the Strat lasted longer in service than the other two. Viscount F-BGNL (C/N 10) took part in the flying display while still airtesting with Vickers.
